Community Sport Hubs

Open every evening in Manchester, Tameside, and Rochdale. Offering free, safe, and supportive environments to build self-esteem and reduce isolation.

Sport & Education Interventions

School-based programmes combining classroom learning with practical tasks and physical activities. Targeted at small groups (up to 10) to improve confidence and school engagement.

Specialist 1:1 Mentoring

Tailored support for individuals affected by trauma, ACEs, or at risk of criminal exploitation. Focuses on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and goal-setting.
